Vocal Minister of Higher Education Jonathan Moyo yesterday attacked Virginia Mabhiza’ attempts to justify suspending the selection of the new Chief Justice. Mabhiza who is the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Justice is in favour of amending the constitution first. However, Moyo said this was unconstitutional.
