Man arrested with 5 tonnes of "stolen" donated rice from China

Simbarashe Mushava (33) of Bulawayo was arrested with 5 tonnes of rice believed to be part of the food aid donated by China.  The rice was found at Mushava’s home after a tip off to the police.  Authorities are yet to determine the source of the rice.  It is believed that this haul is at least four times the amount that was distributed to needy people by social welfare officers.
