RBZ, Finance Ministry threatened with lawsuit unless details of $200m Afreximbank facility are made public.

The law firm Donsa-Nkomo and Mutangi have written a letter of demand to the Ministry of Finance.  The firm are demanding that the details of the $200 million Afreximbank facility, that is reportedly backing the bond notes,  should be disclosed.

The firm acting on the advice of their client, have set a January 25, 2017 deadline.  In the event that their demand is not complied with, the lawyers have stated that they are willing to sue.
