Jonathan Moyo responds to Herald's story. Accuses paper of settling Zanu PF matters on Twitter
Higher Education Minister, Jonathan Moyo has said The Herald’s story with the title “Youth council throws Moyo under the bus” is false and meant to tarnish his image.

He also accused the paper of settling Zanu PF matters on Twitter which President Robert Mugabe spoke against at the just ended Zanu PF people’s conference in Masvingo. He said:

In November Moyo filed a $9 million defamation lawsuit against Zimbabwe Newspapers (Zimpapers), its editors and reporters, accusing them of impairing his dignity through publicising defamatory articles. Moyo cited Brian Chitemba, Mabasa Sasa, Limukani Ncube, Lloyd Gumbo, Zvamaida Murwira, Ceaser Zvayi, Innocent Madonko and Zimpapers, as respondents.
