NetOne to be unveiled as Warriors AFCON sponsor

Zifa is set to unveil mobile network operator, Net One as the Warriors‘ 2017 African Cup of Nations campaign sponsor on Wednesday in Harare.

Philip Chiyangwa‘s board has been struggling to secure a corporate sponsor for the Warriors and at one time had to depend on Harare businessman Wicknell Chivayo funding the Warriors activities, including paying national soccer team coach Calisto Pasuwa‘s salary.

Net One officials however, refused to divulge details of the sponsorship to NewZimbabwe.com preferring to keep it a secret until the official unveiling.
