Zimbabwe People First spokesperson Jealousy Mawarire has argued that Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa should be charged with inciting genocide. Mawarire stated that if Rwanda was able to charge Mugesera for inciting genocide, then Zimbabwe should be able to do the same to Mnangagwa. Mawarire was speaking on Twitter after Newsday published an article in which Mnangwa denied any role in the Gukurahundi Massacres.
