5 people died on the spot on Thursday evening after a kombi they were travelling in from <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Mbare">Mbare</a> to <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Chitungwiza">Chitungwiza </a>burst its rear tyre and overturned near Koala Meat abattoir.
National police spokesperson,  Senior Assistant Commissioner <a href="http://www.pindula.co.zw/Charity_Charamba">Charity Charamba</a> confirmed the accident. Eye witnesses who were interviewed by ZBC News revealed that the commuter omnibus overturned and rolled several times before landing on its roof and several passengers were injured, some of them seriously.Injured passangers were taken to Chitungwiza General Hospital.
