Fans speak on Ammara Brown's performance of the song "Mukoko" without owner Tytan
Local music followers have said that Ammara Brown must not perform the song “Mukoko” without the owner Tytan and that if she does she has to share a percentage of the money she would have received for performing the song.
These views were aired when former ZiFM Stereo personality, Sokostina asked followers on her Facebook wall if Tytan was no longer interested in the song Mukoko. Personalities such as Zororo Makamba and Tich Mawoni who was an M.C at Miss Tourism Zimbabwe weighed in on the issue with Mawoni saying:
Tytan should be part of every Mukoko performance or charge for it.
FeedbackMakamba, a popular TV personality said:
Most people think it’s Ammara’s song because the video with over a million views is uploaded on her YouTube account and is written Ammara & Tytan. I just hope Tytan sees the importance of credit and the order in which his name appears and that keyword ‘featuring’.
