Zimbabwe’s Mighty Warriors lost 2-0 to Afcon hosts Cameroon, sealing their fate in the tournament. The team is now out of the tournament. The first goal against Zimbabwe was scored in the first minute of the game. The second goal went in 5 minutes into the second half.

Zimbabwe finished the tournament at the bottom of group A with no goal scored at all.
