The Reserve bank governor, John Mangudya, had promised this week that they would release specimens before the actual Notes hit the streets. Contrary to that promise, the RBZ governor said in the announcement today that the feature specimens would released at the same time as the Bond Notes.
Rumours that the the Bond Notes would be released onto the market started circulating online Friday evening:
Is it true that bond notes are hitting the banks on Monday. Meanwhile our banks neglect or refuse to inform us of how it will all work?
