The five executive members of the Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association (ZNLWVA) who were facing charges of undermining the authority of the president breathed a sigh of relief when they were removed from remand today at Harare Magistrate’s Court. The magistrate who was presiding over the trial Hosea Mujaya ruled that state should now proceed by means of summons when it finally gets its affairs in order. State prosecutor Tawanda Kasema had requested a further postponement to the matter, after having requested another postponement yesterday.
