"Bond Notes Bill to be fast tracked through Parliament"

According to legal organisation Veritas Zimbabwe, the recently gazetted Bill on Bond notes will be fast-tracked through Parliament.  This bill was meant to remedy the situation after  the Presidential degree on bond notes was challenged at the High Court.  The cases challenging the constitutionality of the presidential decrees are still pending.
