"Kuripwa Kugara," ZRP Traffic cop brags while counting loot,

A video is going viral on social media which  shows what appears to be a ZRP Traffic policeman bragging  about making money from not doing anything, while he is counting a huge wad of cash.    The officer uses the vernacular term “term kuripwa kugara”, meaning being rewarded for not doing anything.However, there seems to be no way of telling whether the money was collected from motorists as traffic fines or whether the money had been paid as bribes.
