Partson Dzamara urges Zimbabweans to take to the streets and not to be "social media warriors"
Partson Dzamara, activist and brother of missing Mugabe critic, Itai Dzamara, has urged Zimbabweans to register their displeasure at the current state of affairs by taking to the streets. He also encouraged people to stop being “social media warriors” who vent their frustrations on the internet without doing anything tangible about it.
Dzamara said:
We are calling on Zimbabweans from all walks of life to join us as we register our displeasure over the state of affairs in our nation.
FeedbackThe time for us to draw a solid line in the sand has come. Cognisant of the fact that Mugabe and his minions won’t listen to our outcry, we must speak to them in their own language.
We must get into the streets and tell them we are tired of their misrule, leadership failure, corruption, and Zanu PF-made poverty.
