Zanu PF lifts suspensions on Nhema, Shamu & Buka

Speaking to journalists after the Zanu PF politburo meeting held yesterday at the party’s headquarters in Harare, the party’s Secretary for Administration, Dr Ignatius Chombo, said that the party had lifted suspensions over Webster Shamu, Francis Nhema and Flora Buka.

Chombo said,

The National Disciplinary Committee sat and deliberated on several issues which saw the lifting of suspensions on Cdes Webster Shamu, Francis Nhema and Flora Buka. They are back as ordinary members and are free to contest any party position.

He however said that the outcome of cases of the three provincial chairpersons,  Joel Biggie Matiza (Mashonaland East), Ezra Chadzamira (Masvingo) and Kizito Chivamba (Midlands) would be discussed in the next Politburo meeting.
