Telecash users to get 10% incentive on International Remittances

Telecel Zimbabwe have announced that they will be giving users of  TeleCash a 10% incentive for International Remittances.  Telecel is doing this to encourage users to use formal channels of remitting money as well as to try to increase Telecash’s market share, which has been going down due to EcoCash’s dominance.

Telecel’s Head Mobile Financial Services Violet Masunda had this to say:

Telecash has decided to offer a 10 percent incentive to all registered users who receive international remittances from the diaspora community to encourage the use of formal channels as well as to grow the base of registered Telecash customers.
