NUST student arrested for raising “Mugabe must go” placard during graduation ceremony

National University of Science and Technology (NUST) student Advance Musoke has been arrested for raising a placard demanding Robert Mugabe to step down during an ongoing graduation ceremony in Bulawayo.

Zimbabwe National Students Students Union (Zinasu) Secretary General, Makomborero Haruzivishe took to social networking site Facebook to condemn the arrest of Musoke. In September Tonderai Dombo raised a placard demanding an end to unemployment during the University of Zimbabwe‘s graduation ceremony.
