Military takes over National Prosecuting Authority

The military has allegedly taken over the National Prosecuting Authority.  According to the Independent,  160 military officers now make up almost 75% of the staff in the Prosecutor-General’s Office.   The officers are coming from the army, air force, police and prison services.
