According to social media, a ZRP traffic policeman at an unknown location allegedly took a baby as security after the parents failed to pay a spot fine. In the pictures, an unidentified woman appears to be pleading with the officer. The officer is clearly holding the baby in the other picture, although the events leading up to the pictures are yet to be verified.
