Walter Magaya Demands Trial Date Of Rape Case

Through his lawyers, Prophetic Healing and Deliverance leader Walter Magaya today expressed displeasure at what he says is unnecessary delaying of the trial of his rape case. At the latest appearance of the case before the courts, the prosecution sought a further postponement of the matter to October 21 without giving a trial date. The prosecution said the docket had been sent back to the police for further investigations.

Magaya’s lawyers said his rights were not being considered.
