Fungisai changes name as she launches new album

Fungisai Zvakavapano has changed her name to Febbbie as she launches her 5th album, My Healing Devotion, scheduled for Friday.

This comes aftershe made a u-turn on her decision to quit music following what she described as persecution for singing Zimdancehall. She said her music is a ministry and not a career. (Read Story Here)

Fungisai Zvakavapano Mashavave is a highly rated, award winning Zimbabwean musician who mostly sings christian religious music. She rose to fame in 2000 when she recorded her first album under Elias Musakwa's stable. Fungisai has released more that 10 albums, with hits especially in her early career.
