10 Zanu-PF bigwigs who owe Zinwa thousands of dollars in water arrears

Zanu-PF top officials are reported to owe the Zimbabwe National Water Authority (Zinwa) thousands of dollars in unpaid water bills for their farms. The 10 who owe the most are:
- Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF) commander General Constantino Chiwenga – $80 000
- Permanent Representative to the United Nations retired Lieutenant-Colonel Boniface Chidyausiku – $45 000
- Zimbabwe Republic Police Commissioner-General Augustine Chihuri – $40 000
- Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Finance and Economic Development, David Chapfika – $26 000
- Legislator Kenneth Musanhu – $25 000
- Zanu PF deputy political commissar Omega Hungwe- $19 000
- Defence minister Sydney Sekeremayi – US$5 000
- Brigadier-General David Sigauke – $4 000
- Mashonaland Central provincial affairs minister Martin Dinha – $4 000
- Judge President George Chiweshe’s – US$4 000
