Highlanders to appeal against PSL decision to award Dynamos 3 points

Highlanders chairman Modern Ngwenya said that the decision by the PSL disciplinary committee to fine the club $4 000 and award Dynamos 3 points for an abandoned match was too severe. He also said that the club will appeal to the ZIFA Appeals Committee were they will be pushing for a replay of the game from the 42nd minute.

He also said that as a club they are being punished for issues within their own control. He said that only 30 people threw the missiles and the 120 police officers and 30 in plain clothes did nothing to control the crowd. Dynamos coach Lloyd Mutasa yesterday welcomed the judgment.
