Under fire Dembare coach defends players

Dynamos coach, Lloyd Mutasa who has failed to win in his last three games has defended the club’s players saying he has faith that they will deliver and win the hearts of Dembare fans. During their loss to Shabanie, Dynamos fans sang ‘Paumire pakawoma’ to express disgruntlement with Mutasa. Speaking to 263Chat Mutasa said:

They (fans) have their own view of the game but as a coach I have my own way of deciding the first eleven to play and how the game proceeds. I understand their frustration but have faith that this is a group of players who can deliver because they are creating. This tea is improving with every game and I am happy with how they are developing as players and I have no doubt that this project is for the long haul.

Mutasa defended Elisha Muroiwa who has been struggling with form saying he will improve. Dynamos’ next game is against Harare City at the National Sports Stadium on Thursday.
