Video: Civilian refuses to allow police officer to drive his vehicle without producing a driver's licence

In this video, a driver stands his ground and refuses to allow ZRP policemen to drive his car without producing their own licences.  The police threaten and try to intimidate the driver but he stands his ground, despite the police’s insistence that only another police officer can ask to see a licence from a policeman.
