Matthew Rusike's move to Tunisian club in limbo

Dembare Dotcoms reports that Matthew Rusike‘s move to Tunisian Giants Sfaxien where signed a contract with Sfaxien from top tier of Swedish football club Halmstads Bollklubb (Bk) a few days ago is in doubt after it emerged that the club is serving a Fifa Transfer Embargo.

The Tunisian club was slammed with a transfer ban by FIFA over an improper player transaction and can’t make any transfers till January 2018. Players can sign contracts with the club but can’t be registered to play as the Transfer Matching System (ITMS) won’t respond to the International Transfer Certificate (ITC) request under the ban.

Today Nigerian star defender Lukman Zakari’s move to Sfaxien failed to go through because of the ban.
