Jonathan Moyo scoffs at Prosecutor General's 24 hour ultimatum
Higher Education Minister, Professor Jonathan Moyo has scoffed at news that acting Prosecutor General Advocate Ray Goba had urged the Constitutional Court to issue an order compelling him to appear before a magistrate in terms of the law within 24 hours to answer to fraud and corruption charges. Moyo and his deputy Dr Godfrey Gandawa are being accused of abusing nearly $500 000 belonging to Zimdef.
