Jonathan Moyo "obstructing the course of justice": Mliswa

Former Zanu-PF and Norton legislator, Temba Mliswa has mocked Professor Jonathan Moyo for being petrified of going to jail and of obstructing the course of justice, in his bid to quash the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) case against him for corruption and misuse of ZIMDEF funds.

Speaking to journalists over the weekend, Mliswa said:

He is so scared, so petrified that he is already obstructing the course of justice. He goes to the ConCourt for him not to be arrested.

He is like a little boy, I have never seen a man who is so afraid of prison, you create so many fights and you have so many skeletons in the wardrobe.

These are public funds that you abused. It’s not the faction of Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa, the public want their money.

We don’t care about factions in Zanu PF what we want to know is what happened to the public funds.

No wonder why I say if I see him in Parliament, I am going to bring handcuffs and do a citizen’s arrest. The good thing about Parliament is that he does not bring his body guards. Physically, he is no match. I will deal with him .
