Some shops now charging different prices, one for cash and one for electronic money.
The cash shortages which are currently being experienced in Zimbabwe have resulted in some shops, posting two prices. One for cash and one for electronic money. To skirt around the issue of being accused of charging a premium for electronic money, these shops are instead offering a cash discount . That way they cannot be directly implicated in having 2 parallel markets.
