Kudakwashe Mahachi recovers, expected to start training

Zimbabwe International Kuda Mahachi has recovered from a broken arm and is expected to start training with his South African club next week after the international break.

The development was confirmed Thursday by Warriors’ team doctor Nick Munyonga who said,

Kuda is recovering very well. He has been going to the gym sessions and working with a physiotherapist. But I have been in touch with the team’s doctor and he will start training next week on October 16.

Mahachi broke his right arm after landing awkwardly at training in a tussle for the ball with Maritzburg defender Blessing Moyo ahead of the trip to Guinea on August 31 and was operated on two days later on his right arm in Durban, South Africa.
